Cancellation & Return Policy
Our cancellation policy allows customers to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not been shipped. However, if the order has already been delivered to the customer’s address and they wish to return it by claiming they had canceled the order, please note that we cannot accept the return without a valid reason, such as a fault with the product. In cases where the order is returned without any product defect, we will deduct £120 from the refund as part of our return policy. For Mattresses, we have a 14-day return policy due to hygiene reasons. After 14 days, the company will not replace or accept the return of the mattress.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Delivery Schedule: Following dispatch, your delivery will arrive within 7 WORKING DAYS. The courier will get in touch with you 1 or 2 DAYS prior to the delivery date. For Ireland delivery It will be 14 to 20 days time frame.
Delivery Location: For residential buildings, delivery will be made to the FRONT DOOR. In the case of flats, it will be the COMMUNAL DOOR of the building.

At Sapphire Furniture LTD, we take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, we offer a one-time free replacement. Upon logging the delivery into their system, the courier will assign a delivery day and promptly inform you about the expected delivery date and estimated time of arrival.
