Cancellation & Return Policy
Our cancellation policy allows customers to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not been shipped. However, if the order has already been delivered to the customer’s address and they wish to return it by claiming they had canceled the order, please note that we cannot accept the return without a valid reason, such as a fault with the product. In cases where the order is returned without any product defect, we will deduct £120 from the refund as part of our return policy. We advise customers to carefully consider their purchase before finalizing their order to avoid unnecessary returns or deductions.
Returns
We have a 24-hour return policy for most of our products, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
For Mattresses, we have a 14-day return policy due to hygiene reasons. After 14 days, the company will not replace or accept the return of the mattress.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will arrange a carrier for collection, and the courier will contact you for a collection time slot. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. We ask that you take a picture of any defects and send it to us so we can investigate and address the issue promptly.

The color of the product may vary slightly from the image shown due to differences in screen displays and lighting conditions. Additionally, if you choose to add ottoman storage to your product, the overall dimensions may vary. Please ensure to check the product specifications carefully before making a purchase.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Delivery Restrictions: Please be aware that we are unable to deliver to the following areas: Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Channel Island, Northern Ireland, Off Shore Island, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man.
Extended Delivery Time and Surcharges: Certain postcodes are experiencing longer delivery times and an associated surcharge. Please take note of the following:
- Surcharge Area (YELLOW - £49): DG, TD, KA, ML, EH, KY, G, PA, FK, LL, EX, PL, TQ, CT.
- Surcharge Area (PINK - £79): IV, AB, PH, DD, TR.
- Surcharge Area: £150 additional charges for delivery to Ireland,
Delivery Schedule: Following dispatch, your delivery will arrive within 7 WORKING DAYS. The courier will get in touch with you 1 or 2 DAYS prior to the delivery date. For Ireland delivery It will be 14 to 20 days time frame.
Delivery Location: For residential buildings, delivery will be made to the FRONT DOOR. In the case of flats, it will be the COMMUNAL DOOR of the building.
Transparent Delivery Process: We entrust the entire delivery process to our courier company to provide you with accurate information. At Sapphire Furniture LTD, we take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, we offer a one-time free replacement. Please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order to report the damage and arrange for a replacement. Upon logging the delivery into their system, the courier will assign a delivery day and promptly inform you about the expected delivery date and estimated time of arrival. The courier will contact you directly and ring you up approximately an hour before the delivery.
Important Precautions: To ensure a smooth process, we recommend the following:
- Please avoid scheduling time off from work until you have received a call from the delivery company and confirmed the delivery date.
- Do not make arrangements to dispose of your old Bed until you have taken delivery of the new one. Unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to delayed or rescheduled deliveries.
- Please note that all our Beds come with a one-year manufacturing guarantee covering manufacturing errors, excluding general wear and tear or accidental damage.

- Kindly ensure that we have your up-to-date contact details. Changes in contact information without updating us can lead to communication issues.
- While website it shows estimated delivery dates , the actual delivery date will be confirmed directly with you by the delivery company.
- Our delivery drivers are not insured to carry items beyond ground floor level or to remove old furniture. They are focused on delivering the product as requested. Any additional assistance they provide is at your discretion and responsibility, and we cannot be held liable for any resulting damages.
Flexibility in Delivery Timing: Please be aware that we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Estimated times may change due to traffic conditions, weather, vehicle issues, or unforeseen events. We recommend setting aside the entire day for delivery arrangements.
Contingency Plans: While we strive for smooth operations, there may be instances where unforeseen events disrupt the delivery process. If a delivery is unsuccessful, the driver will leave a card with instructions for a second attempt. If this is not feasible, or if you encounter any issues, please reach out to our customer service with your order details. We will do our utmost to assist you.
